Why the rain forests are not destroyed for the orchids?

Oruby asked: I saw the Orchid is called ” The Angel of The Forest ” . It is a medicine . Why the world didn`t destroy the forests for the flowers?I am happy because they didn`t destroy the forest but i have anythink , in my brain , this question . Alice
