Hello, I have tons of picker weeds in my garden, lawn and flower beds. I have searched for answers but no luck

These weeds grow tall with nasty pickers up and down their stems and along the leaf. It is pretty common. I have used round up and weed be gone with out any luck. What would YOU use?
