I want to plant pretty flowers, not seeds, for spring. My “flower bed”, however, is more of a flower graveyard. The soil is dry-ish and rocky. I heard I was supposed to rake/dig up the rocks and weeds and all that, but what else. Should just digging up the weeds be enough to keep a pretty little flower garden, or should I go buy some special soil? HELP!
