I am getting sick and tired of my next door neighbor’s cats coming into my flower garden and using it as a toilet (it stinks horribly!). Not only that but I’ve watched her cats dig into my mulch and expose the roots of some of my plants (which a few have died). Talking to my neighbor does no good. She doesn’t care about the situation and thinks I’m inconveniencing her for asking her to keep her cats on a leash or in the house! What gall she has!
