I have a very small, sunny spot, round garden (5×6 approx.), currently with a small patch of established blue flax. I won’t move the flax, as it is a beautiful bush like shrub now. I need to fill the rest of the spot with other things. I have experimented over the yrs, and never seem to get it looking nice. I live in Wisconsin. So winters are tough, summers short. Any ideas for perennials or annuals? Anything to beautify this small space??
